It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bingo29 Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. bingo29 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.3 Registration Requirements

• A valid and active Philippine mobile number

You may only register one (1) account on the bingo29 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bingo29 is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or full account access.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bingo29 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bingo29 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active bingo29 account at any time. If bingo29 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. In cases of deliberate multi-accounting, the primary account may also be permanently closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on the bingo29 Platform is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though bingo29 may apply transaction limits in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) policies.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

bingo29 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the bingo29 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bingo29 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bingo29 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any of its services

bingo29's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, your license to use the bingo29 Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
